Over top results in COMEX KPI’s: over the last two years the totalization of imports was achieved without extra port terminal costs, even releasing them at a value below the target year.

KPI purchase time –An indicator that is part of the Operations Master Plan. It measures the business days between which a requirement/need of any stakeholder of the Company is generated until the purchase of the good or service is actually realized. High impact indicator in all areas of the Company.

Target: 7 days.

Value achieved FY 2019: 4.62 days.

. Centralize in the Fossati-Ocampo team the figure of Global Purchase Leader: The President of the Company in Milano has appointed the team to be responsible within the Group in the making of all purchases of raw materials (at least 19 with 40 possible countries of origin). We have led the process of supplier selection and competitive bidding by sending the corresponding RFP(s) and finally the decision is made by the team after evaluating scorecards and economic outcome of the tender.

Results:

The participation of the team leading the process had a very positive impact on the working capital since its implementation enabled a subsequent reduction of raw materials stock policies.

Criticism in the supply of strategic supplies was reduced (the supplier base was expanded thanks to fieldwork and travel in supplies that for decades have had a single offer). BDG compliance was ensured in the supply of imported MP for the group (including challenging the targets raised).
